PIKO 62101 "Michel's" Ferris Wheel


The original Ferris Wheel was constructed in 1946 and driven for approximately 20 years by the Michel family. They were from Fuerth/Bavaria and had been in show business from 1886. The Ferris Wheel from the 60's is driven by a powerful engine which provides a realistic movement. The gondols swing freely on theit filigree struts. A special effect is created by the lights shining through the columns and the arms (Lights and baseplate are included).
